The Role As a key member of our growing conveyancing team, you will: Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.Prepare and review contract packs, undertake title checks, raise and respond to enquiries, and oversee exchange, completion and post-completion work.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.Work in line with AML, SRA and lender requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.Keep detailed file notes and make full use of our case management system to support a streamlined workflow.
