We are supporting a global technology organisation who is seeking a Global Reward Director to work on a hybrid basis from the company''s Reading offices. This is a high-profile leadership role and offers the opportunity to shape and deliver the organisation''s global reward strategy across a complex, multinational business. As a key member of the People Leadership Team, you will be the organisation''s subject matter expert for all aspects of reward, partnering closely with the Leadership Team and Remuneration Committee. You will provide strategic leadership while retaining hands-on ownership of executive compensation, reward governance and the most complex reward initiatives.
