Becoming part of their business is another.If you''re an experienced Account Manager from a manufacturing environment who loves building long-term relationships, solving problems and keeping complex projects moving, this could be exactly what you''re looking for. This isn''t a sales role where you''re chasing targets and cold calling.Instead, you''ll take ownership of a small portfolio of valued customers, becoming their trusted point of contact from the moment an order is placed right through to delivery. You''ll be the person they rely on to keep projects on track, provide updates, solve challenges and make sure expectations are exceeded.It''s a role where organisation, communication and commercial awareness all come together.What you''ll be doingNo two days are the same, but you''ll be responsible for:Managing a portfolio of key customer accounts.Coordinating customer orders from initial enquiry through to final delivery.Working closely with Planning, Production, Engineering and Purchasing to keep projects moving.Building strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and communication.Providing regular updates and proactively resolving any issues.Managing multiple customer requirements and priorities simultaneously.Visiting customers when required to strengthen relationships and support projects.What we''re looking forYou''ll already have experience ..... full job details .....
