Health and Safety Lead Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency, and we are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Lead for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Blackburn area. Salary and Package £40,000.00 - £43,000.00 DOE.Company benefits. Day Shift Monday - Friday 08 00. Requirements Have a strong understanding of health and safety.Ensure compliance is met in line with all statutory Health and Safety regulations.Implement and carry out risk assessments.Knowledge of ISO 45001.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.Organise reports and audits.Able to perform inspections.Implement continuous improvement.Be a strong, hands-on leader.Work closely with the shop floor team.Deliver training programmes.Process documentation and administration.Exceptional organisation and communication skills.Able to use a health and safety management system. A strong understanding of IT and computer systems.Have previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be required to lead health and safety within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and ensure all the departments are fully engaged in Health and Safety practices. You ll need to support health and safety development within the organisation whilst building rapports across the business.
