Remote with travel around the London region Key Responsibilities Deliver teaching and learning for Adult Care Apprenticeships/Diplomas across Levels 2 5, catering to mixed-ability learners in both one-to-one and group settings. Ensure timely delivery of Apprenticeships/Diplomas, maintaining high learner satisfaction, retention, and success rates. Support learners in developing Maths, English, and digital skills to help them reach their full potential. Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments as required. Assess learners'' work in accordance with organisational and awarding body requirements. Keep accurate records, monitor, and track learners'' progress to meet quality assurance and reporting requirements. Regularly review learner progress with both learners and employers (at least every eight weeks). Provide developmental feedback to learners, supporting their career progression and future aspirations. Offer careers advice and guidance, signposting learners to relevant platforms and support services. Monitor and record both on- and off-the-job training to demonstrate learner progress. Promote the Prevent Duty and British values to enhance learners'' understanding. Attend regular standardisation meetings and respond promptly to IQA feedback. Participate in observations of teaching, learning, and assessment, as well as appraisal processes. Contribute to external quality assurance and inspection preparations.
