The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all products meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Follow basic production plans / instructions. Conduct regular inspections of products and machinery to identify any defects or malfunctions. Assist in the assembly of products, following detailed instructions and specifications. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to manufacturing processes. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with operating machinery or tools used in manufacturing is a plus.
