Key Responsibilities: Ownership of the preparation of monthly management accounts and group reporting. Preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. Assisting with cashflow management and providing recommendations to senior management. Supporting the preparation of year-end audit files and liaising with external auditors. Developing financial models to support business decision-making. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting at a group level. Mentoring and supporting junior members of the finance team. Key Skills and Experience: Part-qualified or qualified Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
