Duties of the Master Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct maintenance and repair work to the highest industry standards on customer vehicles
• Utilize workshop systems and equipment accurately and efficiently
• Diagnose vehicle faults promptly and provide effective repair solutions
• Maintain detailed records of all work carried out
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and safety standards
• Deliver excellent customer service, aiming to exceed expectations
• Contribute to the vehicle quality control process and safety checks
• Support continuous improvement and upskilling in vehicle technology and diagnostics

Requirements:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or similar role within the motor trade
• Strong technical knowledge with the confidence to perform repairs and diagnostics
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Enthusiasm for professional development and staying updated with the latest automotive technologies
