The Role: Based within a busy Piercing Studio, this role is centred around welcoming clients into the world of professional piercing. You will greet, style and advise customers, helping them achieve their individual look while providing an exceptional customer experience. You will carry out piercings to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety, inspiring confidence and trust throughout every stage of the client''s journey. Adherence to industry best practice is essential, with the safety and wellbeing of our customers always being the highest priority. You will also provide expert advice on piercing aftercare to ensure the best possible outcomes. As the in-store piercing specialist, you will be expected to remain fully up to date with the latest industry standards, legislation and best practice, ensuring these are consistently implemented and observed by the wider team.
