In this role, you ll work closely with the Managing Director, helping to shape and deliver cost strategies across multiple fast-paced and high-profile projects. It s a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact within a business that has a strong pipeline of exciting work heading into 2025 and beyond. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead cost reporting, forecasting, and financial planning across live projects Manage cash flow and develop cost tracking tools Prepare pricing templates for FFandE and oversee tender documentation Support the development of internal cost control systems Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments Ensure value for money while maintaining compliance with HandS standards Work closely with Project Managers to deliver cost-effective solutions Drive value engineering and manage design/construction change impacts Oversee competitive tender processes and prepare commercial reports Support contract drafting, negotiation, and review About You: Proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and ..... full job details .....
