Finance Manager - CIMA/ ACCA / ACA / CA - Fully qualified- Software - Central London - Hybrid About the Role Our client, a rapidly expanding and market leading software platform is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of their finance function and to play a central role in driving their financial planning, reporting, controls and operational efficiency as they enter their next stage of growth. This is a hybrid role based three days per week in their Central London office and two days per week working from home. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with commercial acumen and leadership, delivering accurate financial insights that empower strategic decision-making across the business. Reporting directly to the senior finance leadership team, you will take ownership of the month-end close and management accounts, the financial control environment, rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, cash management and statutory compliance, while business partnering across commercial and operational departments. This is a role with genuine scope to grow. As our client continues to scale and expand internationally, they see the Finance Manager developing into their Financial Controller, taking on broader responsibility for group reporting, controls, audit and leading a growing finance team.
