National Account Manager
to manage and develop key Grocery retail accounts.The RoleYou’ll be joining a small, entrepreneurial team where you’ll have high visibility and autonomy to make an impact. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial success across major retail partners.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage strategic grocery retail accountsDevelop and deliver commercial plans that hit sales and profitability targetsLead JBP development and terms negotiationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, NPD, and Supply ChainUse data and insights to drive growth and identify new opportunitiesProvide account performance reporting to senior stakeholdersSupport junior colleagues and contribute to a positive, high-performing team cultureThe PersonWe''re looking for someone with:2+ years'' experience managing grocery retail accounts within FMCGStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilityAnalytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategyCollaborative, proactive, and organised approachA genuine passion for health, fitness, and nutrition is a bonus!The Package15% annual bonusOpportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, values-led businessSeniority level
