The Opportunity: As a Health and Safety Manager you ll play a key role in: Leading and developing the HSE team to deliver site wide health, safety and environmental strategy in line with group standards and statutory requirements Driving a proactive safety culture by supporting managers and teams to identify hazards, report near misses and implement effective corrective actions Implementing and monitoring robust systems including inspections, internal audits, leadership tours and behavioural safety initiatives Ensuring compliance with ISO and management systems, maintaining statutory reports and overseeing risk and COSHH assessments through internal systems Analysing accident and incident data to identify trends, improve performance and deliver measurable safety improvements ..... full job details .....
