The challenge is to deliver over -1million+ profit per annum from a department of 12 sales staff. With support from assistant managers, head office staff and group buyers

The dealership has room for up to 150+ used cars on site, in a state-of-the-art facility

This used car department has a long history of strong performance and stable, consistent leadership. The vacancy has arisen for genuine reasons and needs someone with previous sales manager background in the motor trade.

There is a genuine OTE of -80,000+ from a -55k basic. With opportunities to earn in excess of -90k for over achievement.
