Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards across two innovative hospitality concepts
one focused on bespoke private aviation dining, the other a bold fast-casual burger brand. You will be responsible for running your own section, supporting daily prep, and ensuring the consistent execution of recipes to exacting standards.This role offers exposure to both luxury and high-volume service styles, making it an exciting opportunity for a committed chef looking to build their career in a creative and fast-paced kitchen.Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation and ExecutionPrepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the required quality and consistency.Follow detailed recipes and plating guides, adapting quickly to brand-specific needs.Assist with mise en place for both private aviation and fast-casual service lines.Maintain portion control, waste minimisation, and accuracy in dish preparation.Kitchen OperationsKeep your station clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations.Support smooth service during busy periods, communicating clearly with the brigade.Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory when needed.Maintain daily records for prep, cleaning, and temperature checks.Teamwork and GrowthWork closely with senior chefs and fellow CDPs to deliver a smooth kitchen operation.Be open to learning new techniques, styles, and cuisines as the concepts evolve.Support junior team members through mentoring and on-the-job guidance.Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience as a CDP or strong experience as a Commis Chef.Background in fine dining, premium casual, or high-end production kitchens.Excellent knife skills and a good understanding of core cooking techniques.Ability to work to recipes, follow direction, and uphold consistency.Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices (Level 2/3 preferred).A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to take initiative.Desirable Traits
