The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of rugby across the school, driving participation and performance while leading the 1st XV and 7s programmes.A key feature of the role is the opportunity to work in partnership with a professional rugby club, contributing to an elite player pathway and supporting talented students in progressing to higher levels of the game.You will also play a vital role in supporting and developing staff, delivering high-quality coaching, and contributing to the wider sports provision.
