This is a confidential, field based opportunity for someone to grow sales and manage key accounts across a defined UK region.The successful Regional Sales Manager will manage relationships with builders'' merchants, specialist merchants, distributors, contractors and installers, delivering against sales and margin objectives.As Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a defined territory, develop long term customer relationships and drive profitable growth.Package includes 50,000- 55,000 basic salary, company car or car allowance, bonus and benefits.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop existing customer accounts across the region.Identify, win and develop new business opportunities.Build strong relationships with merchants, distributors, contractors and installers.Visit customers during trading hours and attend site visits where required.Support customers, end users and internal teams to resolve issues and help close opportunities.Manage quotations through to order, working closely with customer service and commercial colleagues.Ensure leads and prospective customers are followed up promptly.Deliver agreed sales and margin targets.Represent the business professionally and contribute to a proactive ..... full job details .....
