Responsibilities as a HGV Workshop Controller / Supervisor : Maximise workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability through effective job allocation. Lead, support and develop a team of Technicians. Work with the Service, Parts and Warranty teams to keep workshop operations running smoothly. Maintain high standards of workmanship, documentation and manufacturer compliance. Ensure workshop equipment, tools and calibrations are up to date and compliant. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop. Assist with workshop jobs and support the team when required. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, ISO and manufacturer standards. Package and Salary details: Competitive Package Monday - Friday (No weekends!)
