Concierge – Ad-Hoc Cover
Job Type: Ad-Hoc / Temporary Cover
Hours: As required  (12 hour shifts)

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Concierge to provide ad-hoc cover at a residential development in Reading.

You will be responsible for delivering a welcoming front-of-house service, assisting residents and visitors, managing day-to-day enquiries and supporting the smooth running of the development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.
• Greet and assist residents, visitors and contractors.
• Handle telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Respond to customer queries and concerns professionally, escalating when required.
• Manage keys, parcels and on-site assets securely and accurately.
• Support contractors and building access arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.
• Report maintenance, security, health & safety or compliance issues.
• Support general property and facilities management duties as required.
• Maintain a professional and presentable reception area.
• Work flexibly and provide additional support when required.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
• Ability to travel to the Reading location.
  
  

• Previous Concierge, Reception, Front of House or Customer Service experience.
• Residential, property or corporate experience.
• Experience using property management systems.
• First Aid or Fire Marshal training.
