We''re looking for a Head Of Care - RMN/RNLD Qualified with a passion for delivering high-quality care to join our fantastic service, Cygnet Wast Hills You will be working full-time, 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Please note this role does carry the responsibility of on-call duties as and when required in support of the Service. Cygnet Wast Hills provides dedicated, person-centred support to men with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs in a robust environment. The service has a number of independent and communal living spaces for the individuals we support, to maximise opportunities to progress through their care pathway towards greater independence. In line with ''building the right support'', we support individuals who have different levels of need in their own space which is tailored to their own sensory needs. Your day-to-day Provide the highest standard of nursing care and lead by example to ensure consistent high standards of clinical care and documentationCo-ordinate all clinical aspects of the service and ensure co-operation between clinical departments.Be conversant with and implement all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.Provide leadership, direction and supervision to all clinical and support staffSupport staff through debriefs, appraisals, training, meetings and development of evidence/ research-based practiceParticipate in the ..... full job details .....
