A Weston super Mare based recruitment agency is looking for a Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Telesales to work five days a week, 9:00-17:00 making outbound business to business sales calls to generate new business.

The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will be tasked with business development, contacting businesses, establishing if they use recruitment agencies and bringing on new accounts.

This role can be full time or part time.

The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Telesales will need B2B telesales experience and recruitment consultancy experience. The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will use a business development tool and Bullhorn.

The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will need to be degree educated.

The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will need excellent communication skills.

The Work From Home Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant role will be on a temporary to permanent basis. Paid hourly at £14-18ph, depending on experience plus commission.
