Learning Mentor
Learning Mentor £25,592 per annum (Scale 4) 32.5 Hours per Week Term Time Only (39 Weeks) Required from September 2026 Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve success in school? We are seeking a calm, resilient and positive Learning Mentor to provide pastoral and mentoring support for students across Key Stages 3-5. The role involves building strong relationships with students, supporting behaviour and emotional regulation, helping students engage positively with school life and contributing to a safe and supportive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with young people in a school, youth work or support setting who enjoys working as part of a team and making a real difference to students'' wellbeing and progress. Experience of working with students with SEND would be advantageous, although training and support will be provided. "Staff are proud to work at the school.
