The successful candidate will carry out both electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, equipment, and building services, ensuring operations run efficiently and safely.Role SummaryIdentify and manage risks relating to on-site equipment, including updating drawings, identifying critical spares, and improving machinery performanceDevelop and implement preventative maintenance programmes (PPM)Use modern equipment and technologies to maintain a productive working environmentLiaise with clients regarding maintenance requirements and machinery PPM schedulesFault finding on a wide range of machinery and equipmentSupport the team in maintaining high health and safety standardsProvide electrical and mechanical expertise on heavy industrial machinery and overhead cranesWrite and follow Risk Assessments, ensuring safe working practices at all timesComplete all documentation in line with company procedures and legislationWork on three-phase systems up to 440VMaintain motors, gearboxes, valves, and systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical componentsUse mobile devices and CAFM systems to log and complete maintenance tasksPlan daily workload using email and scheduling tools to ensure efficiencyLiaise with site services to resolve building services issuesTake ..... full job details .....
