Manpower is currently recruiting for an Experienced Production Operative to join one of our well-established clients based on the outskirts of Skegness. PE24 (between Croft and Wainfleet)

• Own transport is essential due to limited access and no public transport links
• On-site parking available

Shift Pattern andamp; Pay

• Day shifts only
• Hours: 8:00am - up to 7:00pm (latest finish)
• Full-time hours available
• £12.83 per hour
• Weekly pay

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play an important part in supporting day-to-day production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key duties will include:

• Working within a production/manufacturing setting
• Packing, sorting, and handling materials
• Lifting larger items when required
• Following health andamp; safety procedures at all times
• Supporting wider team operations during busy periods
• Maintaining productivity and quality standards

What We''re Looking For
Experience

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packing, or warehouse environments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team

Physical Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of lifting materials when required
• Comfortable being on your feet for full-length shifts

Additional Requirements

• Manual handling awareness
• Own transport essential
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods when needed
