Engineering Manager Location: Plymouth Salary: £55,000 £70,000 Type: Permanent The Opportunity Our client, a leading organisation operating within a highly regulated and safety-critical environment, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to take ownership of engineering operations at a key site. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient operation of all engineering assets. You will lead a small but capable team, oversee maintenance delivery, manage budgets and contractors, and act as the accountable person for engineering compliance. This role sits at the heart of site operations and offers the opportunity to influence standards, drive continuous improvement and play a key role in supporting long-term operational performance.
