You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor processes, perform audits, and ensure the products meet customer and legal expectations. Key responsibilities include: Creating and maintaining clear, audit-ready site and product documentation Reviewing records in real time for accuracy and completeness Identifying training needs and supporting continuous improvement Conducting legal compliance checks on day to day equipment Performing GMP, Glass and Hard Plastic, and Fabrication audits Completing Product Evaluation checks to ensure compliance with standards Sampling, swabbing, and investigations for non-conformances Acting as an expert on CCPs, weight controls, and food safety procedures Delivering training and guidance to teams when needed What they are looking for: Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (minimum) Strong understanding of Food Safety, Health and Safety, and HACCP Confident communicator and team player High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility Flexible and willing to support the wider business A passion for food and ..... full job details .....
