What You ll Be Doing: Handling all inbound leads and converting interest into confirmed bookings for coaching events Making outbound calls daily to previous enquirers and warm leads to secure additional bookings Upselling event packages to maximise attendance and revenue Building rapport and communicating effectively with clients to foster trust and long-term loyalty Following up on past attendees and previous clients to drive repeat bookings Maintaining accurate records of all client communications and contact details Responding quickly and professionally to new and existing client queries What We re Looking For: Previous telesales or phone-based sales experience is essential A clear, confident, and engaging phone voice Someone who loves being on the phone and talking to people all day A positive, enthusiastic, and energetic approach to sales Highly self-motivated, with a strong work ethic no ..... full job details .....
