The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join an established engineering and manufacturing business. This is a senior commercial appointment with responsibility for driving sales growth, developing existing customer relationships and leading a small sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering the company''s commercial strategy, with a strong focus on increasing revenue, improving margins and developing long-term customer partnerships. Working closely with the wider management team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities within existing accounts, supporting new business activity and ensuring the sales function operates effectively.
