As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales team by promoting the company''s range of compact equipment to new and existing customers.

• Promote and sell the company''s range of compact equipment to new customers and small fleet operators
• Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to generate new business opportunities
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries from the website, marketing campaigns, and digital channels
• Make outbound calls to follow up leads and progress sales opportunities
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for equipment demonstrations or dealer visits
• Arrange appointments and pass qualified leads to the field sales team
• Maintain regular customer contact to maximise sales opportunities and ensure excellent service
• Accurately update all customer interactions, activity, and pipeline information within the CRM system
• Support local digital marketing initiatives including online listings, email campaigns, and social media activity
• Represent the business professionally and consistently promote the company brand

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, retail, automotive, call centre, or customer-facing roles
• Confidence communicating with customers over the phone on a daily basis
• A positive, resilient attitude with the drive to achieve results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine interest in sales and building a successful long-term career
