Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Sainsbury Way, Hessle, HU13 9NS

Start Date: 05/10/2025

Duration: 5 weeks

Key Requirement – CSCS Card:

Only candidates with proven experience working on similar retail stores will be considered.

Certifications Required:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card BLACK
• Asbestos Awareness
• Fire Marshall
• First Aid

About You:

• You’ve successfully delivered refurb projects in a live Sainsburys or retail store environment.
• You’re used to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
• You’re reliable, assertive, and confident managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, including Asbestos Awareness and CSCS requirements.
• Manage and supervise site staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
