Expertly revise, format, compare and cross-reference documentsConvert documents from various formats to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, while adhering to the Firm’s standard best practicesGenerate and update/revise Tables of Contents and create/run mail mergesExecute defined terms checks and reformat documents utilise the Firm’s standards and toolsModify, compile, and redact PDFs; create forms, e-closing binders and bookmarks in Adobe AcrobatCreate, revise, and reformat PowerPoint presentations, maintaining Firm branding standardsCreate and modify organisational charts, flowcharts and timelines in Visio and PowerPointProvide technical support to clients, including software troubleshootingDocument Production Specialist Skills and Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within a law firmPrevious workflow coordination is advantageousAbility to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environmentAdvanced knowledge of multiple software packages including Microsoft, Visio, Adobe, DocXtools and OmniPageAbility to transcribe legal documents and correspondence from rough draft or dictation at a level of 70 wpmExcellent English language and grammar skills; ability to proofread typed material for grammatical or spelling errorsExperience using Visio would be advantageousSeniority level
