to join Evolve Hospitality as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in placing Chefs and Kitchen Porters.Whether you''re an experienced consultant running a similar temp desk, or a seasoned chef ready to hang up the apron and transfer your skills into a fast-paced office environment, this could be your next step.Ideally, youll bring an existing network of chefs and client contacts in Cambridge and the surrounding area, allowing you to hit the ground running and build business from day one.What Youll Be DoingRunning and growing our BOH (Back of House) temp desk

Chefs and Kitchen PortersManaging client bookings and building long-lasting relationshipsActively sourcing new business through calls, site visits, and networkingResourcing, screening, and onboarding BOH staff at all levelsEnsuring full candidate compliance (Right to Work, Health and Safety, training)Occasionally working shifts in client kitchens to support operationsAttending regular face-to-face client meetings to maintain rapport and trustPlease note: This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday) based in our Cambridge branch.Why Evolve?Were not your typical recruitment agency.
