Provide general admin support to multiple departments to ensure efficient daily operations. Keep clients updated on project progress with clear and timely communication. Accurately book jobs into the CRM system. Create, process, and manage invoices with accuracy and attention to detail. Liaise with suppliers for collections, deliveries, and equipment servicing. Maintain well-organised records, filing systems, and documentation. Support the purchasing function with tracking and processing of goods.
