Freelance Site Manager

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final stages of an office refurbishment project in Lutterworth. The role commences on Monday 8th September and is expected to last 8-10 weeks. The ideal candidate will come from a trades background, preferably Joinery, and have a proven track record managing projects valued at andpound;8 million or more. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining effective site management and client liaison throughout the project duration. This is an umbrella contract role only, as the client does not pay CIS or Ltd company contractors. The daily rate offered is between andpound;270 and andpound;300 per day.
