Working Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week)

Operations Location: Banbury

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a full-time Solicitor/CILEX qualified professional to join our Conveyancing Team. The successful candidate will be working for a well-respected firm which has grown and flourished in recent years.

You will be joining a well-established small team with an extensive wealth of experience in conveyancing work.

The role represents an excellent opportunity to be heavily involved in the continued growth and development of the team while working closely with the head of the department.

Key responsibilities

Ability to support Head of Unit and work in a standalone position as required;

Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process;

Drafting and reviewing contracts and other property related documents;

Reviewing searches and Land Registry applications;

Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other parties to ensure smooth transactions;

Market the conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to increase revenue;

Provide training and support to junior members of the team.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years Post Qualification Experience;

Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently;

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;

Full Driving Licence.
