Warehouse OperativeLocation: High WycombeWe are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail, and enjoys working as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesPicking and packing customer ordersPalletising and securely packing bagged, boxed and loose materials and equipmentGoods inwards inspection, receipt and put-awaySupporting the wider warehouse team as required, including picking and packing smaller orders during busy periodsMaintaining a clean, organised and tidy warehouse environment Candidate Requirements The successful candidate will have:A good standard of written and spoken English and numeracyStrong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracyBasic computer skills, including experience using Microsoft productsThe ability to use a computerised ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and hand scannersA reliable, proactive and self-motivated attitudeGood teamwork skills and a willingness to learnFlexibility and pride in maintaining high standards of work This is a manual role involving regular heavy lifting of up to 25kg, therefore a good level of physical fitness is essential.A forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided on-site for the right candidate.Salary 26,900 per annumStart Date The position is available for an immediate start.
