Van Driver (3.5T Luton) - Oldham
Location: Oldham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Start Times: 06:00, 07:00, 08:00 or 10:00 depending on route requirements
The Role
Our client in Oldham is looking for a reliable and hardworking 3.5T Luton Van Driver to join their team. This role involves nationwide deliveries to customers across the UK, ensuring goods are delivered safely, professionally and on time.
Duties
- Driving a 3.5T Luton vehicle nationwide
- Completing up to 10 deliveries per day
- Loading and unloading goods as required
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
- Complying with all road transport and health & safety regulations
- Occasional overnight stays away from home when required
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous 3.5T Luton van driving experience preferred
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to undertake regular manual handling
- Flexible approach to varying start times and nationwide travel
- Reliable and professional attitude
Working Environment
Nationwide van deliveries, regular manual handling, early starts and customer-facing work. Routes vary daily with up to 10 drops per shift and occasional overnight stays required.
