Recruitment Commercial Manager

FTS Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Commercial Manager to join our team in Purfleet, Essex. FTS Group is a recruitment and logistics company that works across the UK, from Glasgow to Exeter and everywhere in between. For over 20 years we have provided driving and industrial recruitment agency services to global supply chains and SMEs, as well as haulage, warehousing and distribution services from our Head Office Distribution Centre. As Commercial Manager, you will be central to helping us grow our client base, you will be responsible for generating new business and working with the Branch Team to onboard new clients that they will then service. There are a wealth of career progression options available for successful employees. Over time, we would expect you to be able to start building and managing your own team, working with Senior Management to open new offices across the UK, and assisting in the management of those branches from a commercial and sales standpoint.
