This role is on a part-time basis and is ideal for someone with strong administrative capabilities and a good understanding of manufacturing work-flows. You will play a key role in supporting factory operations, particularly in processing orders using their specialised MRP-like system tailored for their industry. Key Responsibilities Production Processing: Accurately process curtain walling and facade system orders using LogiKal or similar software. Verify order details including specifications, pricing, and delivery information. Coordinate pickups and deliveries with logistics teams. Track shipments, manage returns, and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues. Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock concerns. Generate documentation such as packing slips and shipping labels. Perform end-of-day reconciliations and maintain high accuracy standards.
