We are recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading engineering and infrastructure contractor on a major energy project.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, utilities or energy projects to play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective document control and information management.The position is offered on an initial 12-month contract, with a strong possibility of progressing into a permanent role based on project requirements and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and maintaining project documentation through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Controlling document revisions, approvals and distribution workflowsMaintaining accurate document registers and ensuring project information remains currentIssuing drawings and project documentation to internal and external stakeholdersSupporting document audits and ensuring compliance with project information management processesAttending project meetings and producing clear and accurate meeting minutesCoordinating information flow between design teams, contractors, consultants and client representativesSupporting the wider project team with document control and administrative functionsRequirementsPrevious experience as a Document Controller within construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy or utilities projectsExperience using ACC or similar document management platformsStrong understanding of document control ..... full job details .....
