Salary: -24,800

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Hybrid working offered - opportunity to work from home 3 days per week.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administration Specialist to join a friendly, supportive team.

What you''ll be doing:

• Resolve routine enquiries or escalate complex issues
• Respond to email queries
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support daily administrative tasks and team workflows
• Liaise with internal departments when required
