Our client, who specialises in industrial and marine solutions, is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their team.  They’re focus is on providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients and have built a reputation for excellence in the industry.

As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality refrigeration and air conditioning solutions to our client's diverse customer base. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing a wide range of industrial and marine refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial and marine refrigeration systems, including water chillers, CO2 packs, and large walk-in cold stores
• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on each job

What They’re Looking For:

• F-Gas certification, required
• CO2 Qualification, required
• Valid UK Driving Licence, required
• City & Guilds qualification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning
• Proven experience in heavy commercial refrigeration
• Experience with water chillers, CO2 packs, and large walk-in cold stores
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
