Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Green Light Trust are seeking a visionary and creative Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join their organisation in this full-time, permanent, hybrid role, reporting to the Chair of the Board of Trustees and leading the charity s strategic direction and operational delivery across Suffolk and Norfolk.Fantastic company benefits include:Salary:£70,000 £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)Holiday: 36 days annual leave including Bank Holidays and the closure between Christmas and New YearAdditional: Technology to support flexible working, access to counselling support, and coaching and development through AlitusAbout the role:As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure Green Light Trust (GLT) delivers its mission with integrity, compassion, and measurable impact. Working closely with the Board of Trustees and senior leadership team, you will shape the long-term strategic direction of the charity, inspire a collaborative and values-driven culture, and ensure financial sustainability and environmental stewardship remain central to all activities.
