Employment Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Bristol, £70,000+ (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity to join a Legal 500 and Chambers-recognised team, contribute to major projects, and play a key role in shaping the continued growth and success of the practice. JOB REF:2442.THE ROLE:• Work closely with partners and senior colleagues on complex and high-profile matters• Advise clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including redundancy, disciplinary processes, grievances, whistleblowing, and discrimination• Manage the defence of Employment Tribunal claims• Support clients through restructuring and workforce change projects, including changes to terms and conditions and consultation processes• Draft legal updates, author articles, and deliver training as part of a structured business development and client engagement strategySKILLS REQUIRED:• 5+ years PQE with a strong background in employment law• Confidence in managing own caseload and delivering pragmatic, solution-focused advice• Experience with equal pay matters is desirable but not essential• Ideally, previous mentoring or supervision of junior team members• Excellent drafting, communication, and client-handling skills• Strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities• A team player mindset with a flexible, proactive approach• A genuine interest in business development and building long-term client relationshipsON OFFER:• Be part of a ..... full job details .....
