Graduate Account Executive

Our client a well established Financial Institution are currently looking to recruit an Account Executive to support the Business Development Director. Administrative and Operational Support • Manage the BDM s calendar, schedule internal and external meetings. • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations. • Handle incoming communications and respond on behalf of the BDM where appropriate. Client and Partner Engagement • Act as a first point of contact for clients, prospects, and professional partners. • Organise and support client review meetings, including preparation of client packs and documentation. • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Coordinate events, webinars, and networking opportunities to support business development efforts. Business Development and Marketing Support • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and pitch documents. • Conduct research on prospective clients, market trends, and competitor activity. • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics. • Support the BDM in managing introducer relationships and partnership agreements.
