Head of IT Service and Operations An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of IT Service and Operations to join a highly regulated organisation in a key technology leadership role. You''ll be responsible for the performance, governance and resilience of IT services across the UK business. Working within a global technology model, you''ll lead Service and Operations, ensuring technology services are secure, efficient and aligned with business objectives. The Role IT Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Service performance, governance and continual improvement Major Incident and Problem Management Vendor and supplier management IT risk, controls and regulatory compliance Business Continuity and Operational Resilience IT policy and Information Security governance Leadership and development of the IT Service and Operations team Working closely with senior business leaders and global technology teams, you''ll ensure IT services remain resilient, customer-focused and fit for the future.
