This opticians are a family-run group, known for its commitment to patient-first care and employee wellbeing. This branch reflects these values through a relaxed and friendly team culture, with access to all key clinical schemes including MECS and support for IP and Medical Retina training. You’ll work alongside experienced DO’s and receptionists in a well-equipped, welcoming environment.Responsibilities

Conduct 30-35 minute eye examinations (pre-screening completed)Provide exceptional clinical care including MECS and contact lens servicesWork collaboratively with the in-practice team (1x Optometrist, 2x DOs, receptionists)Optionally support across Southborough for additional days if preferredMaintain accurate records in line with GOC guidelinesSupport clinical training and development within the team if desiredRequirements

GOC-registered Optometrist (newly qualified or experienced welcome)Passion for delivering patient-centric careInterest in clinical development (support available for MECS, IP, Medical Retina)Comfortable working in a relaxed, independent-style environmentIdeally someone local, reliable, and seeking a long-term positionCompensation and Benefits
