This hybrid role requires two days per week in the London office. You''ll assist in the solution design and delivery for a major CRM transformation, focusing on Dynamics 365 CE customisation, Azure-based integration, and enterprise reporting. Key Requirements: Assist the build and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE implementations, ensuring scalable and maintainable systems. Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and forms using Power Platform tools. Configure core functional areas (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service). Create custom dashboards and visualisations to support business insights. Manage secure and efficient data flows between Dynamics 365 and external applications.
