Somewhere you can say: “I did that.”We are looking for a full time, Level 2 or 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons WoodLand nursery and support over the lunch time period.The nursery is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and is situated in Gaydon, Warwickshire, just off the M40 on the Jaguar Land Rover site. It consists of age based rooms supporting children from 3 months to 5 years old and has cosy reading corners, imagination play areas and sensory corners for all to enjoy. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.What we’re looking for:Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualificationPassion for creating fun and inclusive learning environmentsStrong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carersWe are an inclusive employer and welcome people from all ages and backgrounds to apply.
