About the Service - May Lodge May Lodge is a care home which provides care and support for up to 3 people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder with additional physical disability needs. This service is located in bungalow accommodation and fully accessible for people in wheelchairs. The service is set within a residential housing area, but is set back from a busy road and on site parking is available. It has good transport links to Ashford and Folkestone. The Role You will: To participate in the day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.To maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality.To support service users with the preparation of Meals, Laundry duties, cleaning, hygiene (personal care is required) and social events.To maintain accurate notes and records as and when required.To work as ..... full job details .....
